Structural Concrete: Pouring Footings, Part Two

We have nearly finished pouring all the footings on the north and east sections of the perimeter. Last week, we were also able to finish constructing a temporary pad to accommodate a crane for offloading material directly from within the site. Our team in the field has worked diligently to make this happen, so that we may reduce disruptions along Vereda de la Montura.

This morning, we set up the crane inside the property and have started utilizing it for rebar deliveries. On occasion, we will need to hoist rebar from the street, as the crane cannot reach every portion of the lot.

We are scheduled to pour concrete on Wednesday (4/7), and Friday (4/9).
