Structural Concrete: Pouring Footings

Next week is expected to be fairly active. As planned (and mentioned in our last posting), we will be pouring concrete for footings on Monday 3/29. A second pour is scheduled for Friday, 4/2. We ask that everyone respect the “No Parking" signs along Vereda de la Montura during concrete pumping days, for everyone’s safety.

Additional rebar will be delivered on Tuesday 3/30 and again on Thursday 4/1. We are still working on the logistics and physical accommodations for running a crane directly inside the site. Until that work is complete, we’ll be bringing back the crane on Tuesday with removal on Thursday.
