Structural Concrete: Subterranean Floors Complete, Pouring Ground Level

The parking garage levels are now complete. Concrete for the walls, columns and floors has been placed and finished.

For the past couple of weeks, we have been working on the ground floor. We installed decking, rebar, and all the necessary plumbing and electrical conduit.

As with previous decks, we will be pouring the ground floor on two different days. The first half is scheduled for Wednesday, July 7th; the second pour, will take place one week later on July 14th.

The concrete pump will be out on Vereda de la Montura.
