Excavation: Part Three

The excavation is now complete. We have removed the dirt necessary to accommodate the two subterranean levels. Over the next few days, we will be retooling and organizing for the next phase of the project: drilling and installing the foundation piles.

This next phase will begin early next week. We’ll be taking delivery of a second drill rig (one is already onsite) to speed up the process. The foundation piles will be drilled and immediately filled with rebar and concrete. We expect this work to take approximately six weeks.

Once the foundation piles are installed, we will begin building the parking structure.
