Foundation Piles

The foundation piles are now complete. The next major phase of the project will be the concrete parking structure. We will start digging footings and pile caps and then begin the slab-on-grade portion of the foundation. This work will commence in January, so the site will remain quiet throughout the holidays. You may see our crews demobilizing some of the equipment currently on the property, though the vast majority has already been removed.
