Shoring: Part Three

The solider beams have been installed, and the first phase of drilling is nearly complete (the last few piles will be completed on Monday). We’ve placed beams along the portions of the property that require shoring. We can now begin excavating the dirt. As we remove dirt, we’ll place lagging between the solider beams.

Excavation will begin on Monday and is expected to take approximately 6-7 weeks. Dirt hauling operations will be conducted in accordance with the conditions of approval set forth by LA Department of Building and Safety on the following schedule:

Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM and Saturdays 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Ancillary construction activities will take place during regular construction hours.
