Shoring: Part One

This week we started preparing the shoring system.  We took delivery of all the I-Beams and began cutting and welding them to size.  We brought in additional excavation equipment and the drill rigs.  Next week, we will be drilling all the holes and immediately placing the beams into them.  We brought two drills to work concurrently, in order to speed up the process.  The actual drilling will begin on Monday.  We’ll make sure to keep everyone posted on our progress.
